		<description><![CDATA[Ludo Philippaerts has announced the creation of a Belgian fund that will invest in top horses. The fund will according to horses.nl be named BSF (Belgisch Springpaarden Fonds), and at first introduce twelve horses between five and nine years old. The twelve horses are all owned preliminary by Philippaerts. The background for the initiative is that too many Belgian top horses are sold to foreign countries such as Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Canada and Ukraine.
